Philiep Dedrijvere is a Senior Advisor at Spencer Stuart in the Brussels Metropolitan Area, having previously served as a Consultant in the Global Consumer Practice for over six years. He focuses on global consumer products, leading board and C-level assignments for multinational, private equity-backed, and family-owned companies, while providing deep functional expertise in discovering and developing senior marketing leaders. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2018, Philiep was a Senior Client Partner for the Global Consumer Markets Practice at Korn Ferry. Before his career in executive search, he served as Managing Partner at The Driver VOF and as a Member of the Board of Directors for GROEP FLORE. Earlier in his career, he spent 11 years at The Coca-Cola Company, advancing through roles as Marketing Director, Managing Director for Belgium-Luxemburg, and ultimately President for Belgium, Luxemburg, and The Netherlands. He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a Licentiate in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerpen (UFSIA).
