Peter Mangaard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mangaard Group in Copenhagen, where he leads a leadership and strategic advisory platform operating across executive search, talent advisory, and investment-related consulting. With over two decades of experience in executive search and consulting across the Nordic region and global markets, he advises boards, founders, private equity funds, and family offices on leadership decisions during growth, transformation, and strategic change. His work also includes facilitating connections between senior leaders in M&A and investment contexts, with a strong focus on sustainability-driven industries and diversity in leadership. In addition to his advisory practice, he serves as Chairman of VL 108 at the Danish Management Society and as Founder and Chairman of FieldPotential, a Nordic-focused recruitment firm. He has also held senior roles at SpenglerFox as Regional Manager Nordics and Senior Consultant, and earlier worked with Nigel Wright Consultancy, SearchAmbition, and CA A-kasse in recruitment and advisory roles. He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Economics from CEUS.
