About Mr. Kerridge
Peter Kerridge is the founding partner of Kerridge & Partners. Peter leads a number of senior executive search and Board advisory assignments on behalf of clients in Australasia and further afield.
With over a decade of experience in leadership consulting, Peter has also been a guest lecturer to MBA classes and a conference speaker on how organisations achieve excellence. He is a trained company director and long time member of the Institute of Directors. He holds a Masters Degree from Cambridge University.
Peter joined the management development programme with ICI in the UK, before embarking on an international career that took him via Africa and South America to New Zealand, where he progressed to the executive team of a major utility company, working on large scale cross-functional business improvement projects.
In keeping with the vision of the business, to make a difference to executive search consulting worldwide, Peter is a Council member for the Asia Pacific Region and sits on the Global Ethics & Professional Standards Committee of the international body of the Association of Executive Consultants. Peter served as a member of their Global Board until December 2011.
He is also an Advisory Trustee of Leadership NZ, an organisation focussing on developing and enhancing the quality of New Zealand’s future leaders. Additionally, he is a Director of Business Excellence Architects Ltd.
