Peter J. Kaye is the Vice President of Finance at JM Search in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. A performance-driven senior financial executive and CPA, he possesses extensive technical expertise in global financial operations, strategic planning, and M&A. Prior to joining JM Search in 2020, Peter served as Vice President of Finance at WatchBox, where he led an 18-person global finance team and directed due diligence for potential acquisitions. His career includes a tenure as Chief Financial Officer (International) for CTDI, overseeing a $300 million business across 17 countries, and over nine years at Accenture. At Accenture, he served as Senior Manager and Vice President of Finance, notably directing the integration of Procurian’s financial functions and leading global staff across tax, treasury, and FP&A. Earlier in his career, he managed risk and federal compliance at Unisys Corporation and served as CFO/Controller for US Operations at XRT, Inc. Peter holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
