Peter Heuschen is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Frankfurt office and previously spent eight years based in the London office. As a member of the dedicated Legal, Risk & Compliance Centre of Expertise Peter advises clients across financial services and all other industries in Germany but also in all jurisdictions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition to Legal, Risk & Compliance appointments, Peter has executed senior searches in Internal Audit and covers searches for Investor Relations specialists. He also has conducted numerous Leadership and Talent assessments for the above roles. Peter previously worked within the European asset & wealth management practice at another global search firm as well as a financial services boutique search firm in London. Peter began his career with a London recruitment firm developing an European audit and risk management practice. Peter is a graduate from the University of Durham in History and holds a master’s degree in War Studies from King’s College London. Also, he completed a master’s programme at the German University of Administrative Sciences (DHV) in Speyer. Peter is fluent in English and German.
