Peter Gullström is the Founder and Managing Partner of Headlight International, based in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. Since founding the firm in 2000, he has established it as a boutique alternative in the Scandinavian executive search market, focusing on professional methodology and ethics in alignment with the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). Under his leadership, the firm provides executive search and interim management solutions to local and international companies across all industry sectors and operates as a member of the global AltoPartners network. Prior to founding Headlight International, Peter served as a Board Member for the Tinzon Group and spent three years as a Search Consultant at Nicholson International. His early career in executive search began at Korn/Ferry International, where he served as an Associate for six years. Peter’s academic background includes studies at Stockholm University, international business at Ceram, Sophia Antipolis, and international relations at Beloit College.
