Pedro Mêda is the Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson in Lisbon, where he specializes in executive search, leadership advisory, and organizational consulting for large corporations, private equity funds, and scale-ups. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has overseen major engagements in organizational restructuring, effectiveness, and talent management. Prior to his career in executive search, Pedro served as the Managing Director of the Healthcare Services Business Unit at SONAE, where he led the creation and implementation of the Dr. Well's clinic chain. He was also a member of the Executive Committee at Stemlab (Crioestaminal), a biotech company, where he directed commercial operations and international diversification strategies across five countries. Pedro began his professional career at McKinsey & Company, rising to Engagement Manager in the New York office and working across more than 10 countries on strategy and M&A assignments for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and high-tech companies. He holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in Business Administration from Nova School of Business and Economics. He has also completed advanced management programs at both Kellogg and Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
