Paolo Pellini is a Managing Director of the Stanton Chase Milan office. He manages executive search assignments at the BoD and divisional level for Consumer Products and Services, Industrial, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Technology, Natural Resources & Energy, Professional Services. He also has in-depth experience in board and leadership assessments. Paolo is therefore a consolidated executive search Managing Director with many years of professional experience. He began his career with Bayer in the Agro and Pharmaceuticals Division before being appointed Marketing Manager for the Hygiene and Household Division. Paolo then moved to Imperial Chemical Industries Plc as Marketing Manager for Agro-Chemicals and became the Sales Manager for Chemicals and Polymers. Later on, he joined the Eliolona Group as a Sales and Marketing Director for Personal Care Products. He was appointed General Manager for the Automotive Division at Castrol (British Petroleum Plc), then General Manager at Tools Manufacturing Group and later he became General Manager at a Company in the Consumer Credit Sector. In 1988, Paolo formed J. Egerton and Partners, a boutique executive search firm now fully merged into Stanton Chase. He earned his Ph.D. in agriculture after graduating summa cum laude from Alma Mater Studiorum – Bologna University. He also holds an MBA in economics from Bocconi University, Milan.
