Pam Lubrainschik is the Managing Consultant at Ccentric Group in Sydney, where she oversees national executive search operations and leads the university and academic healthcare practice. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has focused on delivering senior placements across the health ecosystem, including public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to her tenure at Ccentric, Pam founded and served as Director of Regional Recruiters Australia for nearly eight years, specializing in executive search for regional banking, agribusiness, and finance. Her earlier experience in Australia includes serving as National Manager at Templeton Hart, where she established an agribusiness banking search segment, and holding consultant roles at Tanner Menzies and Lyncroft Consulting Group. Before relocating to Australia in 1996, Pam served as the HR Manager at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Industrial Psychology and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.
