Pam Fitzpatrick is the Global Head of Sustainability and the first Chief Sustainability Officer at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she leads efforts to embed sustainability into the firm's global operations and culture. She specializes in building sustainability programs from the ground up, including achieving Science Based Targets initiative validation and launching global social impact initiatives. Prior to RRA, she served as the Head of ESG Center of Excellence at OneTrust and was the first Vice President of Sustainability at Macy’s, where she designed the company’s ESG disclosure program and reported to the board of directors. Her extensive background includes over eight years at Gartner, progressing from Senior Writer to Senior Director, Analyst, advising chief supply chain officers on integrating sustainability into value creation strategies. Earlier in her career, she operated a strategic communications consultancy and led a nonprofit community development startup in Pittsburgh. Pam holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Policy Analysis and Program Evaluation from Baruch College and a BA in English with honors from Allegheny College, having also studied at the University of Sheffield.
