Pam Attinger is a Managing Director and Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates in San Francisco, where she serves on the Technology Sector leadership team. She specializes in CEO and Board placements for both public and private equity-backed companies, with a focus on high-growth sectors including software, fintech, and AI. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Pam spent a decade at Visa, where she held several senior leadership roles including Head of Specialized Product Sales, Global Head of Mobile, and Global Head of Innovation. During her time at Visa, she managed global P&L responsibilities and led the commercialization of mobile payment platforms and NFC programs. Her earlier career includes experience as a Consultant at Marakon Associates. Pam also served as a Board Member for Deep Lake Capital. She holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B. S. in Economics from Miami University, where she was a field hockey scholarship athlete.
