Her background includes a significant tenure at Heidrick & Struggles, where she managed business development for the APAC and Middle East regions, supporting GTM strategies and sales reporting. Having spent over 13 years total at Mercer across various leadership roles, she has developed an agile approach to pre-sales operations, including RFP/RFI research and finalist presentations.
