Osama Moura is the Chairman and CEO of MPower Investments in Cairo, a boutique investment bank and financial advisory firm focused on the Egyptian SME sector. He also serves as an Adviser to the World Bank’s Women Entrepreneurs Financial Initiative (WeFi) and brings over 20 years of CEO experience to his roles in corporate governance training and consultancy. Previously, he was the Non-Executive Chairman of Facilities Company for service, operations, and facility management, and served as CEO of the Alexandria Business Association’s SME Project. His extensive leadership history includes roles as Managing Partner at Signium, Chairman of Rawaj Finance, and Chairman of Delta Holding for Financial Investments. Earlier in his career, he held several high-level positions such as CEO and Managing Director of Post for Investment Company, CEO of Agrogate, and Chairman and CEO of Arab Finance Brokerage Company. His foundational experience includes serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Relationship Director at Barclays Bank Egypt, following roles at CIIC and Citibank. Osama holds an MBA in Finance, Investments, and Securities from Pace University, alongside graduate studies from The American University in Cairo and a B. Sc. in Banking Management from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences.
