Nova Diop is a Managing Consultant for Life Sciences located in Korn Ferry's Boston office. Nova Diop is responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for clients within the Life Science Professional Search practice. Mrs. Diop works closely with clients across the medical device, diagnostic, and biotechnology industries. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she opened and led for 5 years a retained boutique executive search firm in Boston, focused in the life sciences, consumer and industrial sectors. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Diop has gained 10 years of experience in operations, strategy and professional management in the hospitality industry in the UK and in professional services in Boston. Through her experience in professional services, Mrs. Diop has developed strong expertise in business development, client management and search execution. Working closely with CEOs, she has successfully completed engagements across numerous industries including Medical Devices, Digital Health, SaaS for healthcare, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and others. Mrs. Diop has lived and worked on three continents, in five countries and created a network with executives around the world. She has successfully completed engagements for companies headquartered in over 12 countries. She earned her MBA from Brandeis University with a global leadership scholarship, Her undergraduate degree BA (hons) in Hospitality Business Management from University of Birmingham, UK and her Technology Degree in EE & CS in France. Mrs. Diop has consulted pro-bono for Community Consulting Team (CCT) in Boston for over five years. She is fluent in French.
