Based in Chicago, Norm is a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team and specializes in board-level succession, digital transformation, and C-suite recruitment. His expertise is rooted in a high-profile corporate career, having served as the Global CMO for Claire’s Stores and CMO for Macy’s North. Norm also brings extensive experience from the advertising world, including serving as President of Havas Worldwide and holding senior leadership roles at legendary agencies Leo Burnett and Fallon. Beyond executive search, he is a founding member of the "Customer Experience 50" at World 50, providing strategic counsel to top-tier CX and digital executives. Norm holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and has completed executive education at both Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
