Nina is a seasoned Engagement Manager in the Middle East office and a member of the Global Consumer Markets and Industrial Practice with a clear focus on Hospitality and Leisure segments. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in Dubai, Nina spent over five years in our London office where she worked alongside Private Equity backed and FTSE 100 Food Manufacturing, Retail and Hospitality & Leisure clients before joining a start-up search firm. She has re-joined the Heidrick team to be closer to an emergent market. Nina is a Consumer Markets expert with a nine year tenure gained across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and has worked closely with some of our multinationals clients as well as family-owned conglomerates across the GCC. Nina holds an MSc in Organizational Behaviour, and a BSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
