Nina Lambert joined RSAcademics in September 2014 and is a talented Candidate Search Consultant. Highly experienced in a wide variety of senior leadership appointments, Nina particularly specialises in non-academic appointments such as Bursars, Finance & Operations Directors and senior Marketing, Admissions and Development personnel. Having graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Spanish, Nina initially trained to be a Chartered Accountant. A change of career direction saw her move into the recruitment industry, and after spending several years working for Michael Page Finance, Nina joined the Senior Recruitment team at Accenture where she was responsible for the recruitment of Management Consultants across several different practice areas. Prior to joining RSAcademics, Nina worked at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an HR Manager and was responsible for the recruitment of qualified lawyers into practice areas such as tax, real estate and IP/IT.
