Nina Kurola is the Founding Partner of Avant Advisors, a premier executive search and leadership consultancy based in Helsinki. With nearly 30 years of experience in human capital and leadership advisory, Nina specializes in identifying executive talent and developing high-performing boards and leadership teams. Her career includes serving as Partner and Managing Director at Evolv Ltd, where she focused on sustainable leadership, and nearly a decade as a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles. Nina’s foundational expertise was built within top-tier global consultancies, including leading the Human Capital and Change practice at PwC Finland, and holding senior roles at IBM and Accenture. She also brings corporate HR experience from her time at Nokia. Nina holds an M. Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Vaasa.
