Nina Kalajoki is the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Partner at MPS Enterprises in Helsinki, where she leads the MPS Career team and serves on the group's Management Team. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and leadership consulting, Nina is an expert in organizational psychology, executive search, and career management. She has spent more than two decades at MPS, progressing through leadership roles including Area Director and Business Unit Manager, where she managed multidisciplinary teams of consultants and psychologists. Her corporate background includes serving as the HR Manager for Accenture Finland, where she oversaw industrial relations and local HR policy, and holding various development roles at British American Tobacco Nordic. Nina is a certified Business Coach and holds an MSc in Economics, specializing in Organizations and Leadership, from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University).
