I actively work on various types of financing transactions and financial law services, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, project finance and general corporate finance. I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees (cum laude) from KU Leuven, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and an international summer school at Stockholms Universitet. In addition, I pursued the European Master in Law & Economics (LL.M.) at Universität Hamburg, Universiteit Gent and Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, focusing on corporate finance, financial regulation and ESG. During my academic career, I gained practical experience through internships at Belgian and international law firms and financial institutions. I am a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English with a good working knowledge of French and a basic knowledge of German.
