Nick Parfitt is a Partner at Heidrick Consulting within Heidrick & Struggles, based in London. He currently leads the firm's Assessment for Search strategy and is a member of the CEO & Board practice, focusing on ensuring organizations have the right leadership in place through rigorous assessment and development. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2020, Nick was a founding member and Chief Commercial Officer of Cubiks, a specialist assessment consultancy that originated from PA Consulting Group. During his 16-year tenure at Cubiks, he established and led the firm’s USA operations in Chicago for six years before returning to the UK to lead international client development. He was also a member of the executive team that managed the sale of Cubiks to PSI Services in 2019. Nick began his professional career as a Corporate Analyst at Simmons & Simmons. He holds a First Class Joint Honours Degree from Swansea University, a Post-graduate Diploma from Cardiff University, and also studied at the University of Regensburg. He is a certified user of a broad range of leadership profiling and cognitive assessment instruments.
