Niccol� Giunta is Chief Executive Officer at Eurosearch Consultants, where he has been leading the firm since 2015 after previously serving as Partner from 2002 to 2015. He specializes in executive search, organizational development, assessment, and human and cultural due diligence, supporting organizations in evaluating leadership capabilities and organizational fit. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as President of ECI Executive Search Group from 2010 to 2020, contributing to leadership search and advisory activities within an international context. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ferrero for over six years, where he held roles including Head of Organization for the Soremartec group and earlier experience in marketing. He began his professional journey in marketing at Ferrero before moving into organizational and leadership-focused roles. He holds a degree in Philosophy from Universit� degli Studi di Torino.
