Nancy Crimmin is the Managing Director and Senior Executive Coach at Academic Search, where she provides executive recruitment and leadership advisory services for the higher education sector. Previously, she served as a Senior Consultant and Senior Executive Coach with the firm for over four years. Her extensive leadership career in academia includes a nine-year tenure at Becker College, where she served as President, Senior Vice President, and Chief Academic and Student Affairs Officer. Nancy has also held significant roles within NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, including serving as a Senior Fellow for the Center for First-generation Student Success and as Region I Vice President. Her foundational experience includes nearly two decades at Assumption College, rising from Resident Director to Dean of Campus Life, and early career roles at Alverno College and Curry College. Nancy holds an Ed. D. in Higher Education from Johnson & Wales University, an M. S. in Student Personnel from Springfield College, and a BA in Psychology from Stonehill College.
