MyoungSun Ji is the CEO of HIGHROAD, a position she has held since November 2023. She is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 25 years of experience across the technology, entertainment, and executive search sectors. Prior to founding HIGHROAD, she spent four years at Netflix, where she served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Korea and as a Recruiter for Content in the APAC region while based in Singapore. Her extensive corporate recruiting background also includes leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cisco Systems, where she was responsible for developing sourcing strategies and managing the full-cycle hiring process for Korea. Earlier in her career, MyoungSun spent nearly six years at Heidrick & Struggles as a Senior Associate in the Life Science and Consumer practices, and five years at Korn/Ferry International as a Research Associate. Her international experience includes work with Ciao GmbH in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. MyoungSun holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from Seoul Women's University.
