Miranda Bender is a Consultant in the Board and CEO Advisory Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in Amsterdam, where she has built a distinguished career over nearly 15 years. Specializing in high-level appointments and governance advisory, she has progressed through several critical leadership roles within the firm, including serving as the Research Director and Managing Lead for the Amsterdam and Brussels offices. Her deep expertise in European board dynamics is complemented by her background in labor law and media.
