Professional background I have experience working in both private practice and in-house. I have advised dozens of SOEs, Unicorns, start-up companies and mature companies on setting up new enterprises, reviewing corporate structures and negotiating transaction documents. My practice covers various industries, such as pan-entertainment, internet, fuel ethanol and TMT. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked as the Head of Legal at a public company in the pan-entertainment industry, and have also been the Head of Legal at a Unicorn company. Before that, I worked at a reputable Chinese law firm as an attorney-at-law. In addition to my legal career, I have broad experience in business development in the legal market, IT outsourcing management, etc., which helps me to understand business demands from enterprises. I’m a native Mandarin speaker and also fluent in English.
