Mina Ames is a Partner at Spencer Stuart, operating primarily out of London and New York, where she advises boards, CEOs, and investors on critical leadership appointments, succession planning, and board composition across the financial services, Fintech, technology, and SaaS sectors. In addition to her search practice, she is a Founding Member of Chief UK. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2023, Mina served as the Managing Partner for Financial Services and Technology at Modern Executive Solutions, and previously as the Managing Partner and Global Head of Financial Services at ZRG Partners, LLC. Her earlier executive search experience includes spending five years as a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Fintech at Russell Reynolds Associates across London and Sydney, where she delivered global mandates including Chair, Non-Executive Director, and CEO succession appointments. She holds an MBA with a Merit Award for Strategic Management from the Macquarie University Graduate School of Business and a BA Joint Honors in Economics and Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
