Mila is a Managing Partner of Cornerstone Prague and Managing Director of Challenge CZ Prague, Cornerstone’s member firm in the Czech Republic. Operating internationally as Cornerstone Prague, the firm is focused primarily on Executive Search services and specific HR management (personal audits, outplacement, coaching, psychological testing etc.). A subsidiary company under the brand iC Talents also provides services in Talent Acquisition and Development. Mila is a graduate of the University of Palacky – Philosophical Faculty in Olomouc, with a specialization of Andragogics (adult learning) and HR management. She has more than 25 years of experience in HR management. Her first recruitment experience was with Polytechna, a Foreign Trade Company, with a specialization of search and selection of Czech and Slovak specialists for long-term work in foreign entities operating within Latin America and Cuba. Since 1995, she has been HR manager of the Stock Exchange Company Prague, responsible for management of human resources and administration. Starting 1997, she had been working in human resources consulting services, holding the post of Senior Consultant at H. Neumann International. Her focus was on Executive Search of specialists for pharmaceutical and food industries, petrochemical and civil engineering industries, foreign trade and automotive sector. When H. Neumann closed its offices in Europe in 2002, Mila created Challenge CZ, knowing that her specialization and long experience in HR activities would be sought after by Czech and foreign entities operating within the Czech and Slovak Republics. Mila speaks English and Spanish, she is native speaker in Czech and Slovak.
