Michelle Grennan is a Consultant for People + Change at Harbour West Consulting Inc., based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. She has been with the firm since February 2021, initially serving as an Associate before being promoted to her current consultant role in September 2024. Her professional background includes over three years as a Corporate Receptionist at Vertex One Asset Management Inc., where she supported firm-wide operations. Prior to transitioning into the consulting and corporate sectors, Michelle spent over seven years with the Flight Centre Travel Group as an Assistant Manager in North Vancouver. She also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having served as a Beverage Manager for the Glowbal Restaurant Group for more than eight years. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
