Michelle Conry is a People + Change Consultant at Harbour West Consulting Inc., where she has provided contract advisory services since June 2023. Prior to this role, she spent over seven years at The Parkside Brewery in Port Moody, British Columbia, progressing through several leadership positions including Office Manager, HR Manager, and ultimately serving as the HR Lead and HR/Operations Manager. Her extensive background in human resources also includes a tenure of nearly six years at Providence Health Care in Vancouver, where she served as a Human Resources Advisor and Recruitment Associate. Earlier in her career, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Spectra Energy, supporting directors in diversity and employment equity initiatives. Additionally, she spent over a year in Matsumoto, Japan, as an ESL Teacher for Izumi Shobo. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
