Michaël Berglund is the Senior Consultant and Owner of Michaël Berglund Executive Search AB in Stockholm, a leading Swedish consultancy he established in 1985. For over four decades, he has specialized in recruiting for management and board-level positions, as well as key specialist roles across a wide variety of industries. His expertise includes conducting in-depth candidate evaluations and board audits to identify high-potential leaders and future role models for client organizations. Before founding his search firm, he served as the CEO and Owner of SnöResor from 1977 to 1985. Michaël’s diverse professional background is preceded by an extensive academic foundation; he holds a Medical Licentiate (Med. Lic. Leg. Läk.) in Medicine from the Karolinska Institutet, where he also served as a board member of the Medical Association. Additionally, he attended the University of California, Berkeley.
