Mehdi El Idrissi is the Managing Partner and Founder of Alides, a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm headquartered in Casablanca and operating across Morocco, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. As a Partner within the ECI Group, he advises boards and executive committees on C-suite appointments, board renewal, governance architecture, and organizational design. Prior to establishing Alides, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for AL MADA, a large pan-African private investment fund. His executive search background includes nearly four years as a Partner at Eurosearch & Associ�s, where he launched the Africa and Middle East activity as the MD of the Casablanca Office. His robust 24-year corporate career includes serving as a CFO in manufacturing and as the CEO of Medi Business Jet. He also serves as a Member of the Executive Consultation Group for the Blue Dot Network. Honored with the insignia of Chevalier de l'Ordre du M�rite National by His Majesty King Mohammed VI for his contributions to Morocco's national industrial strategy, Mehdi holds an MBA in Finance from ESSEC Business School and studied at INTEGRALE.
