Megan Bell is the Director of Crescent People, a consultancy dedicated to improving workplace outcomes through organizational development and psychology. Based in the Greater Sydney Area, she possesses extensive experience in leadership advisory, assessment, and development programs. Prior to founding Crescent People, she served as the Head of Leadership Assessment and Development at Quinton Anthony and was a Senior Consultant at Steople (formerly PeopleScape). Her background includes a significant tenure at Laing O�Rourke, where she launched and led the Leadership Advisory function for its subsidiary, Cellence Plus. Megan also built a strong international foundation in London, working as a Leadership Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles following their acquisition of the boutique firm Co Company. During this time, she led large-scale assessment programs for global financial and engineering firms and contributed to organizational health research. Her early career includes project and business management roles at YSC, Methods, and TransPerfect Translations. Megan holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, a Diploma of Psychological Practice from the College of Professional Psychology, and an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong.
