Megan Aparicio is a leadership advisor in the global Pharmaceutical and Biotech Practice at Russell Reynolds and an executive leadership advisor to CEOs, venture capital firms, and senior executives focused on recruiting and developing top talent in innovative settings. Megan specializes in executive searches for private and publicly held biotech and pharmaceutical companies as well as venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. Her search expertise covers CEOs, board, R&D, commercial, business development, and technical operations leadership roles in a variety of established and emerging modalities. In addition to executive search, Megan partners closely with the Leadership & Succession practice to provide leadership advisory services around succession planning, talent benchmarking, team effectiveness, M&A talent assessment and integration, and culture advisory. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Megan worked for a boutique, retained executive search firm focused primarily in life sciences. Megan received her BA from York University in Toronto. She is certified as an executive coach by the University of Toronto Rotman Executive Coaching Certificate program.
