Meenakshi Thakar is a Senior Partner with TRANSEARCH India and leads the Professional Services, Analytics/Emerging Technology, GCC/ Business Process Outsourcing Practice. She is based in New Delhi. In the last 2 decades with TRANSEARCH, Meenakshi has partnered with MNCs, large Indian business houses, and startups, supporting them in their strategic and leadership hiring mandates. She has successfully advised clients and executed key leadership searches across India and globally — including Board of Directors, CEOs, C-Suite positions, and succession planning roles. She works in close collaboration with her clients, helping them build and grow their businesses by identifying and attracting key leadership talent aligned with their strategic objectives. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Meenakshi successfully led her own Entrepreneurial venture in Executive Search, partnering with clients across diverse industries and functional areas for leadership hiring. Earlier in her career, she was associated with BTI Consultants, where she specialised in senior executive search assignments. In the initial stage of her career, she was part of the market research division of Mudra Communications. Meenakshi holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and is also a Post Graduate in Economics.
