About Mr. Seiller
Maxime advises on technology law, intellectual property and data protection matters, both in advisory and litigation contexts. He assists French and international businesses with the protection and enhancement of intangible assets, and advises them on the legal issues arising from technological and innovative projects, particularly in relation to software, personal data and artificial intelligence.
Before joining Fieldfisher, Maxime was an Associate in the IP, Tech & Data team at Jeantet Avocats, where he advised on intellectual property, technology and data-related matters. Prior to that, he completed several internships with leading law firms, including UGGC Avocats, Wan Avocats and Alexis Fournol Avocats, and gained valuable experience at the Paris Court of Appeal (Pôle 5 – Chamber 2), which specialises in intellectual property disputes.
Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Art Market Law and Taxation and a University Diploma in Art Market Professions from Jean Moulin University Lyon III. He also earned a Master’s degree in Business Law and a University Diploma in European Law from the University of Strasbourg.
He was admitted to the Paris Bars in 2023.
He speaks French and English.
