Maxence specialises in Business law and M&A, working more specifically on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, often on behalf of foreign acquirers purchasing French or European companies. He also assists European sellers in their negotiations with foreign purchasers. Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked for law firms in France and England. He holds a degree in International and European Law and a Master's Degree in Corporate and EU Law from the University Paris-Sud. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2019. He speaks French and English.
