Mauro Gimenez leads the firm's Global Industrial and Natural Resources sector, covering all services to our clients in the Energy, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Automotive, Industrial Services, Infrastructure, AgTech, Aerospace & Defense, and Manufacturing industries. He is also a member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Board & CEO Advisory Practice. Based in Houston, Mauro has experience conducting Board, CEO and C-suite succession planning and searches as well as transformational leadership, culture, and top team effectiveness advisory projects for both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining RRA, Mauro was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company. In this role, he worked across the energy value chain, helping clients develop growth strategies, manage large capital projects, and achieve operational improvements. Previously, Mauro held business planning and commercial leadership roles at a global energy company. Mauro holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mauro has also completed a one-year executive coaching certification program at Columbia University.
