Matt Dallisson is Global Head of the Consumer Practice and Partner at Signium, based in Greater London, United Kingdom, where he has worked since June 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting. He leads Signium’s Consumer Practice globally and is also a member of the Industrial and Education Practices, advising organizations on senior leadership appointments and transformational change across multiple sectors and ownership structures, including listed companies, private businesses, and private equity-backed organizations. Since joining Signium in 2011 in the UK, he has held roles including Director UK, Director, and Global Head of Content, contributing to leadership advisory and executive search mandates across CEO, COO, CFO, and functional director-level roles. Prior to Signium, he worked at Snowdon Tate Executive Search and Highfield Human Solutions from 1999 to 2010, where he specialized in executive search and talent management across consumer, telecom, technology, and services sectors. He began his career in sales with a major branded food manufacturer after completing a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Portsmouth.
