His clients span across the full spectrum of the life sciences industry including large cap pharmaceutical companies, life sciences venture capital firms and emerging growth companies. Matt prides himself on his consultative approach which has enabled him to develop a vast network of life sciences professionals. He leverages this network and his deep industry expertise to conduct searches in a timely and concise fashion. Prior to his current role, Mr. Dwyer spent six years at a top ranked boutique Life Sciences executive search firm serving as the director of R&D. Mr. Dwyer successfully completed searches across a number of functional areas including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory & Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal among others. Mr. Dwyer earned his Bachelors Degree in English from St. Lawrence University.
