Mathilde advises French and international clients on transactions involving acquisition finance, corporate finance and asset finance, including real estate and moveable assets, as well as on factoring transactions. Before joining Fieldfisher, Mathilde gained significant international experience in sub-Saharan Africa, where she worked alongside local operators and international development finance institutions, engaging directly with local courts and administrative authorities. This hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of the legal and financial complexities of transactions involving assets, holding structures, and shaped her pragmatic, business-oriented approach. She completed internships with several law firms and organizations, including Dentons. Mathilde holds a double Master degree in Accounting and Financial Law from the Université Catholique de Lille and a certificate in Management from EDHEC Business School. Prior to that, she obtained a Master degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Nanterre. She speaks French and English.
