Her practice focuses on IPOs, secondary offerings and advising listed companies on their corporate obligations such as mergers and acquisitions. Mathilde has completed internships in French and international law firms, in France and in England. She holds a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Market Law (Université Jean Moulin Lyon III – 2016) and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019. She speaks French and English.
