Martin Schulz is a Partner at Atreus GmbH in Munich, where he leads efforts in solving complex management problems, particularly within transformation and transition situations. Having joined Atreus in 2019, he previously served as a Director before becoming Partner in 2022. Martin is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Veränderungswirkstatt GmbH and serves as a Senior Advisor at mps-advisory. Prior to his current roles, he held several executive leadership positions at Air Liquide, including SVP Transformation, Managing Director of Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH, and General Manager for Carbagas AG and Air Liquide Austria GmbH. His extensive corporate background also includes seven years at Siemens, where he served as SVP of Photovoltaics and VP of Corporate Strategy. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Board Partners GmbH academy. Martin is a certified supervisory board member and a certified coach. He holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and studied Business Administration at the University of Hagen.
