Martin Hellströmer is a Partner at Michaël Berglund Executive Search in Stockholm, where he has been a key member of the firm for nearly nine years. He serves on the firm's Management Team, personally leading the sales agenda and overseeing the development of operating models and delivery standards for a team of six consultants. Martin advises boards and CEOs on senior leadership and interim appointments within both Swedish and international contexts. His background includes a period as a full-time politician, during which he held board positions at Käppalaförbundet and Nacka vatten och avfall AB. Previously, he spent five years as a Senior Researcher at Alexander Hughes. Martin is a certified Hogan Assessment assessor and holds both a Master’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Stockholm Business School, with additional studies at Fudan School of Management and Erasmus School of Economics.
