Marissa Lander is the firm's associate vice president for operations. In this capacity, she oversees all key processes and functions related to operations for the firm and manages the infrastructure of the search process and works to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and professionalism of AGB Search’s work. In her former role as director of research and operations at AGB Search, Ms. Lander worked with the firm’s leadership on strategic planning initiatives, partnerships, marketing, technology, finance, research, human resources and was the liaison with the company's board of directors. Most recently, Ms. Lander served as the Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board and College at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD where she provided high-level support for the operation of the president’s office and served as a senior advisor to the president on a variety of administrative and executive duties, special projects, and initiatives.
