Mario Moura is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice and brings extensive executive leadership experience from a variety of organizations spanning HVAC, safety and security, aerospace and automotive industries. He works with board members and leaders at the C-suite level leading executive search assignments as well as providing leadership advisory services. Mario has enjoyed a highly international career and is passionate about catalyzing organizations to be more successful at delivering optimal results in a volatile and unpredictable world. Extensive international executive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing Mario has 25 years experience in various industrial manufacturing sectors and 15 years in senior leadership roles, including P&L responsibility in Fortune 100 and S&P 500 publicly traded global organizations. Most recently, he served as vice president and managing director of Resideo in EMEA, a spin-off from Honeywell, in the home comfort, energy management and security space. Prior to that, in Honeywell, he served as vice president and general manager in various businesses within the automation and control solutions division. He last managed a $1.7 billion residential HVAC global portfolio in the building technology business unit. Early in his career, Mario primarily worked in the automotive and aerospace sectors, in engineering and commercial roles at Volkswagen, Embraer and Rio Tinto Alcan. Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in materials engineering from UFSCar, São Carlos, Brazil, and an M.B.A. from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland.
