Marina Teloni is an Associate Partner at Cornerstone International Italia, where she leverages over three decades of experience in human resources and organizational management. Her career is distinguished by long-term tenures at major Italian and global organizations, including 11 years at Generali and several years at Groupama Assicurazioni, where she worked across both Human Resources and Legal departments. Recently, she served as a Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner for Arrow Global Italy and as a Senior HRBP at Nexi. Marina’s expertise spans the entire HR value chain, from recruitment and development to union relations and labor litigation. She holds a Law degree with highest honors (110/110) from the Università degli Studi di Camerino and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the Scuola Romana di Psicologia del Lavoro. Marina is also an alumna of the Liceo Italiano di Madrid, reflecting an international academic background.
