Professional background Marie advises both French and international clients on transactions involving acquisition finance, corporate finance and real estate. She holds a master's degree in Business Law and Practice from HEAD, a Master 2 in Development Project Management and a Master 1 in International Law from Université Paris Saclay. Before joining Fieldfisher, Marie was an intern at Mazars Société d'Avocats in the Legal department and with Clariane in the Financing, Contracts and Insurance department. She also worked as a trainee at Fieloux Avocats in Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate Law. She speaks French and English.
