Mariana holds a bachelor's and postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, and is certified in Coaching by ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation). She is also certified in Assessment by Escola Integração and holds certifications in the GIA, PPA (DISC), and TeiQue (Emotional Intelligence) instruments from Thomas International and the Hogan® Assessment tool. She is also certified in Situational Leadership by Blanchard® and as a CTT Practitioner in Cultural Transformation Tools by the Barrett Values ​​Centre. She began her career as a trainee at Grupo Abril, where she later worked as Marketing and Events Manager. She transitioned to Executive Search in 2008 at the Brazilian operation of one of the largest global companies in the sector. For eight years, Mariana worked in Talent and Career Management at a leading American multinational company. In 2017, she was invited to join EXEC to found the Human and Organizational Development area. Mariana is also the founder and President of the "GARH" group, one of the largest and most influential groups of female HR executives in Brazil, whose main focus is the discussion of strategic issues relevant to the field. Currently, she is a Partner at EXEC, leader of the Leadership Advisory unit, and Head of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at EXEC.
