Victoria earned a bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from Buenos Aires University and holds Postgraduate in Strategic Management of Human Resources from UCA. She completed also a Master in Organizational Coaching from Universidad Del Salvador. Victoria has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources area. She began her career as consultant for a public area program between BID & Buenos Aires City Government. Prior to acting as HR consultant, she has held leadership roles with Monsanto during the last 10 years. She was a member of the Monsanto’s Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, participating in strategic area definitions and aligning them with local business priorities. Currently works as Associate Consultant at Backer Wurzel & Partners Industrias: Agroindustry, Retail & Manufacturing.
